2025-26 Walk to School Week committee members are needed for this event!

During Walk to School Week, students and families are encouraged to walk to and from school each day. We realize this is not feasible for everyone; however, if you're able to, we'd love to see your family participate. 

Walk to School Week is October 6 - 10, 2025

Join us and millions of other students, parents, community members, and teachers all over the country and walk to school!

Walking and biking to school is a fun way to get exercise, reduce congestion and pollution around schools, and create community. Studies say students who walk and bike to school arrive more alert and ready to learn!

Every morning of the week, the PTSA will have tables set up where students can enter into a daily raffle to win prizes. Tell your students to be on the lookout for a special mystery guest!

As with all of our events, they are only possible when community members volunteer their time. This is a super fun and easy volunteer opportunity that occurs for 30 minutes each day before school starts. The kids love this event and you're all done by the time your little ones have entered the building! Please sign-up below.
