Co-President: Keri Morgan


Keri is mom to a 5th grader and a 1st grader at Bell. This is Keri’s third year on the Bell PTSA Board and her second year as President. Her family loves being a part of the Bell community. As a former teacher, she is passionate about working to enrich the school experience for students, staff, and families.









Co-President: Angelica Flores


Angelica is originally from Mexico, but has been living in the USA for 6 years now. She is mom to Miranda, 4th grader, and Lisandro, 1st grader. She works as a teaching assistant at a Spanish preschool and began volunteering at Bell 2 years ago, which she finds incredibly rewarding. She describes herself as a kind-hearted person, lending a helping hand to others brings her so much joy.









Treasurer: Dawn Matsui Liu


Dawn is mom to a fifth grader at Bell, a second grader at Kirk, and an assortment of fur babies and scaly babies. She also works in the SNAPS (Students Needing Additional Programming Support) preschool classroom at Bell, supporting our very youngest Bulldogs. This is her second year as treasurer.












Secretary: Leslie Victor


Leslie has spent many years at Bell, as a former Bell Bulldog herself. This year, she has a 5th grader (Chase) and a 3rd grader (Damon). Leslie has been actively involved in the school the past five years. She runs the Pantry Pack and Popcorn Friday programs. She is passionate about supporting our teachers and students and bringing our community together





VP - Fundraising & Membership: Hanan Youssef


Hanan is mom to Layla, third grader grader at Bell, and Malak, tenth grader at JHS. This is her first year on the PTSA board and she couldn't be more excited! Her family loves the Bell community and are looking forward to continuing participating in its many fun activities.








VP - Community Events: Melinda Kong


Melinda is a single mom to a fifth grader and excited for the year! This is her first year as the VP of Community Events, and her second year as part of the Bell community. She really enjoyed all the events put on by the PTSA last year and looks forward to continuing to bring engaging, inclusive, and fun events to the community.













VP - Student Enrichment: Heather Rodgers


Heather is mom to three boys, Parker (6th grade), Coco (2nd grade) and Jacob (Kindergarten). She has enjoyed volunteering at Bell over the last six years and is excited to be helping out in a new capacity on the PTSA board this year. She loves the Bell community and is looking forward to another great school year
