Bell PTSA will be doing our annual book exchange in April of 2023. This is a wonderful way to get new reading materials into the hands of Bell students. If you have books you want to donate prior to April, email bookexchange@agbellptsa.org and we will coordinate a drop-off or pick-up. Our goal is to collect 1,500 books (allowing each student to take home 3 books), so please consider donating any high-quality books appropriate for pre-k to 5th grade to Bell PTSA.

 

Here's how it works:

 

Community members will donate books that are appropriate for Pre-K - 5th grade readers. The PTSA will then go through the books and organize them by reading level, subject, etc. Once we have organized the donated books, Bell students and their teachers will be invited to come by and select books to take home. The amount of books kiddos can "shop" for is contingent on the number of books we receive via donation. Therefore, the success of this event depends on community engagement. We hope to see many community members donating wonderful books for our students.

 

Book Donations: April 3 - April 21
Donate books at Bell Elementary. There will be bins located outside the school in front of the main entrance. Please ensure the books are appropriate for Pre-K - 5th grade and in relatively good condition. 

 

Book Pick-Up: April 26 - April 28

Students will attend the Book Exchange event during their school day. Teachers will select a time slot to bring their students to the event.
