We Need You!

The Bell PTSA is BUSY!! The work we do is vital, and it takes a lot of folks pitching in to pull it all off. Visit our volunteer page for all the ways you can help.

Thank you, Tennile Jones, for organizing another wonderful Staff Appreciation event this week. And thank you to all the community members who donated items, sent in thank you cards, purchased items from staff member's Amazon wishlists, or volunteered their time to help with set-up and clean-up.

Bell staff, we hope this week made it clear that we think the world of you, and we know how lucky we are to be part of the Bell school community. We are so thankful for each and every one of you!

Walk to School Week is May 16-20!

We need volunteers! This is a super fun and easy volunteer opportunity that occurs for 30 minutes each day before school that week. Volunteers help collect the names of kids who have walked (or just want to enter)! We will also need volunteers to wear the Alex the Bulldog Costume (the envy of all the kids)! The kids love this event and you're all done by the time your little ones have entered the building! Click below to help.

We are so excited about Bell's first ever Carnival & Dance event on May 20 from 6-8pm. To make this event a success, we need all the help we can get. We have volunteer positions both before and during the event. Please click on the button below to sign-up.

Thank you, Erin Barr, for chairing this event. We are so thankful for all the time and energy you've already put into this amazing night!

Questions or feedback: email dance@agbellptsa.org.

The Egg Drop is back and we are so "egg-cited" about it! This is a super fun STEM activity and is a wonderful opportunity for students to work in teams on creative solutions that get those engineering minds working. Visit our Egg Drop page for more information.

We need supplies and help from the community to ensure this day is a success.

Bell Teachers:

We need to know the Egg Drop teams in your classroom and which students are on each team. Please create teams and have the students come up with their team names, then enter the information HERE

Our May art lessons with Mrs. Lustgarten kick off next week! Below are the classes we still need volunteers for.

  • Holzer/ Cross-Clark's (4th) - 5/19
  • Dennehy's (K) - 5/24
  • Lazoritz's (K) - 5/26

As a reminder, two custom pages come free with the purchase of the yearbook. You create these yourself in Treering and customize them however you want. The customized pages only print in your student's copy of the yearbook.

If you plan to do customized pages, they need to be completed on TreeRing prior to May 15. Here is a tutorial. Visit the yearbook page for more information.
