Bell’s Annual Harvest Party is BACK and just 2 weeks away! Bring your family all decked out in their creative costumes for Trunk or Treating, games, crafts, photo booth pics, and more on Friday, Oct. 28 at 6:30 PM.

This event is free to all Bell student and staff families, but we encourage you to bring non-perishable food item(s) to help stock our pantry packs (click here for ideas).

Please eat a nutritious dinner at home prior to the party but some baked and savory treats will be for sale for 5th grade fundraising.

Remember that costumes must NOT include overly scary/violent themes, weapons, or masks (hygiene masks are ok of course!). This is not a drop-off event – parents must remain with and supervise their children – parent costumes welcome!

We still have 9 open slots for decorated trunks and plenty of other volunteer opportunities as well. Thanks in advance to all of our great volunteers who help to make this party great! Shifts are short so you can enjoy the party.

Any questions? Please contact Lindsey Pepper at harvestparty@agbellptsa.org

There are 2 days left to participate in our Tutta Bella dine-out! If you are ordering from the Kirkland location please place your order though the Tutta Bella website as they are unable to add the fundraiser code at the cash register.

Make dinner easy as pie while helping raise funds for our PTSA programs!

  • When: Thursday, October Oct 6th– Sunday, October 16th, 2022
  • Where: Tutta Bella Kirkland (QFC in Kirkland Urban) is likely where most Bell families will go, but the code is valid at ALL Tutta Bella restaurants from 10/6-10/16, so encourage your family and friends in other locations to support Bell PTSA.
  • How does it work? Order a meal from Tutta Bella from October 6-16 via dine-in, delivery, takeout, or curbside from tuttabella.com. Use the coupon code EasyAsPieBellPTSA at checkout and 20% of sales will be donated to the Bell PTSA.
    • The code cannot be used on 3rd party delivery sites (UberEats, DoorDash, etc)
    • At the Kirkland/University Village grocery store kiosks, orders must be placed from tuttabella.com – not the registers in QFC

Thank you to Whitney Takaba for coordinating this fundraiser for our school!

National PTA's Reflections program provides opportunities for recognition and access to the arts which boost student confidence and success in the arts and in life.

Each year, over 300,000 students in Pre-K through Grade 12 create original works of art in response to a student-selected theme. This 50+ year-old program helps them explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence and find a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.

The 2022–2023 Reflections theme is Show Your Voice

Students are encouraged to submit art reflecting the theme Show your voice in one or all of the available arts categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, Visual Arts (note: only 2D).

Entries are due by November 3, 2022

Visit our Reflections page for category rules and online entry forms.

If you are in need of supplies for the visual art category, we have art kits for loan that students can bring home for creating 2D visual art. Fill out the form HEREand we will deliver a take-home kit to your child's classroom.

If you have any questions, please email reflections@agbellstpa.org.

The Bell PTSA is already hard at work creating a beautiful yearbook! The quality of our yearbook depends on the photos our community shares. Do you have photos from Walk to School Week, the Back to School Picnic, first day of school, playground pics, art classes, or classroom pics, etc.? If so, we want to see them. It is so easy to upload your photos to Treering (see image below). We encourage families to upload photos throughout the year, as events occur. We build the yearbook all year, so we prefer to have the photos uploaded around the time of the event.

Also, Treering is extending the 10% discount on yearbooks through October 31st, so get those yearbook orders in!

The Bell PTSA is thrilled to bring math competitions to Bell Elementary this year! We have three competitions scheduled for the 2022-23 school year:

Registration for the Fall Noetic Math Contest on our PTSA website has been extended through 11/1 for all and we'd love to get some more 5th graders enrolled!

  • This contest is open to Bell students in 2nd - 5th grade.
  • Registration fee is $15 per student.
  • The contest will be held after school at Bell, within the contest window set by NLMC: 11/10 - 11/23.
  • To enroll your student (2nd - 5th grade only), please complete the Fall 2022 Noetic Math Contest form on our website. (Go to "my account" in the top left corner, "my forms/paperwork" and scroll down to the "new forms" section).

Scholarships are available! Email president@agbellptsa.org for more info.
