A huge thank you to all who signed up to donate gifts. We are blown away by your generosity and how quickly the sign-up filled up!

For those donating gifts:

Please ensure you wrap the gifts and label each one with the child's number (the number is listed before the child's information in the sign-up). This ensures we can get the gift to the correct child.
Please drop your wrapped gift off at AG Bell's front office by Monday, December 4, 2023. If your items are running late please email president@agbellptsa.org and let us know.

Tis' the season to show Bell Staff our appreciation for all their hard work!

We are looking to transform the staff lounge into a winter wonderland on Tuesday, December 12.
As a show of our appreciation, we’re also going to fill their bellies with delicious goodies provided by Bell Families. Please click below, if you would like to contribute a treat!

All donations will need to be gathered/collected after school on December 11^th OR before 8:00am on Tuesday, December 12. If you need assistance, we are also happy to meet you to collect all the goodies. Please contact communityevents@agbellptsa.org with any questions. Staff Favorite Things & Wishlists

We know many families like to give Bell staff gifts for the holidays, birthdays, and teacher appreciation. If you're looking for gift or treat ideas for your child's teacher and our amazing support staff, many staff members have submitted their classroom Amazon wish lists and a list of their favorite things. Click below to find your child's teacher's favorites. Consider a gift for support staff/admin as well. Each classroom teacher is assigned a number on the sheet and there are 2-3 admin/support staff members with a corresponding number that we encourage you to consider gifting to as well to ensure everyone feels appreciated this holiday season!

Due to the addition of a fourth Kindergarten class in room 136, the remaining lessons will be held in each of the teacher's classrooms.

All volunteers must be approved as a volunteer through LWSD. Visit LWSD's volunteer page for information on how to apply.

Great work to the 38 students competing in Bell's first math competition of the year! If your student is ready for another competition OR looking to get into the math competition game for the first time, registration is now open for our next math competition: Kangaroo Math!

Competition date: Friday, 3/22/2024

Location: Bell Elementary after school.

Test format:

75 Minute multiple choice test
24 Questions for students in grades 1 to 4
30 Questions for students in grade 5

Student registration deadline: 12/15/2023

Fees: $21 by 12/15/23. Late registration fee: $35 between 12/16-12/31.

Perks: Each in-person participant receives a T-shirt, a gift, and a certificate.

Registration steps provided by Math Kangaroo:

1. Go to: MATH KANGAROO REGISTRATION PAGE

2. Log in with your login and password or establish your user account if you are new.

3. Click on the tab By Invitation.

5. Do not share the code with anyone.

Once your child is registered, you can enjoy free Math Kangaroo video solutions and access full questions and solutions sets with 50% off. Instructions on how to find the discount code HERE.

Important: After you receive the registration confirmation email from Math Kangaroo, review the email to make sure all information is accurate. If something needs correction, update the registration or email info@mathkangaroo.org.
