The Spring Carnival & Dance is TONIGHT from 6-8pm. Thank you, Erin Barr, Debby Willsey, and Randee Jez for all you have done to make this event possible. 

A few things about the event:

• This event is NOT a drop-off event. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
• This is an outdoor event. If there is light rain, we will keep the event outdoors (bring your umbrellas). If we have showers, we will move the event into the gym/cafeteria.
• We will have some yummy treats for the students, but no food will be served, so plan accordingly or pack a picnic.

We still have a number of volunteer slots to fill. If we don't fill the game slots, we will simply take down those games, but we'd prefer to run all the game stations if we can get the needed volunteers. We also need volunteers for the bouncy slide. Please sign up to help!

Only sign-up if you are already an approved volunteer with the district and you have shown proof of vaccination.

• How does it work? Place your order in-person at Joe's and simply tell them you're with AG Bell PTSA and 20% of your order total will be donated to Bell PTSA.

We have a number of board and chair positions open for next year and we need folks to step up and fill these. As a chair of an event or committee, you will be the lead person organizing that event/committee. You can grab a buddy and be co-chairs or co-board members for any of the below positions.

AG Bell’s Girls on the Run season is coming to an end and the girls have chosen to collect donations for people experiencing homelessness as part of their community impact project. We’ve teamed up with Heroes for the Homeless (founded by GOTR girl Violett’s mom!) to collect donations for shelters in the Seattle area. Items of most need include cup noodles, instant oatmeal, snacks, bakery items, beverages and adult socks. If you'd like to support their efforts, there will be donation bins outside of the main entrance to the school on Monday 5/23 and Tuesday 5/24. Thank you, from the GOTR girls.

Thank you, Debby Willsey and Randee Jez, for organizing Walk to School Week. And thank you to all the volunteers who helped during the week. A special shout-out to the volunteers who wore the Alex the Bulldog mascot this week, Jennifer Main and David Morgan! Both of them had some impressive dance moves!

The Egg Drop is back and we are so "egg-cited" about it! This is a super fun STEM activity and is a wonderful opportunity for students to work in teams on creative solutions that get those engineering minds working. Visit our Egg Drop page for more information.

We need supplies and help from the community to ensure this day is a success. Sign-up below and drop supplies in the collection bins near the front office.

Bell Teachers: 

We need to know the Egg Drop teams in your classroom and which students are on each team. Please create teams and have the students come up with their team names, then enter the information HERE. 

We just saw the final draft of the yearbook Dawn Matsui Liu so graciously put together for our community and it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Please be sure to say thank you to Dawn for the countless volunteer hours she put into creating the yearbook. And thank you to everyone who uploaded photos on TreeRing throughout the year.
